Dakota Dressage and Eventing Silent Auction

 

THE RULES!

 

1. Bids are sent to silentauctionbid@yahoo.com

2. If 2 bids for equal amount come in for the same item the earlier bid wins.

3. If there are multiple item #’s for the same item and the current bid is the same for all item #’s and a higher dollar bid comes in it will be placed on the latest bid. (I hope that makes sense)

4. If you bid and are not able to attend the banquet the winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping charges. It will be up to the winning bidder if they want insurance. DDE will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

5. Bids must be in $5 increments for online bidding. You may bid by increments of your choice at the banquet.

6. Online bidding will close at midnight on 10/20/05

7. If you are not able to attend the meeting I will be more than willing to bid at the convention for you. Please email me at silentauctionbid@yahoo.com with your max bid.

8. If you are not attending the meeting and are the winning bidder you will be contacted via email by 10/24/05.
